Compensation:$47,500 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Provide compassionate support and guidance to families navigating the complexities of aging and legal challenges.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized care plans that address long-term care, nursing home Medicaid, and estate planning needs.
- Act as a liaison between clients and community resources, ensuring access to necessary services and support.
- Offer expert advice on navigating emotional and legal challenges, empowering clients with knowledge and confidence.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting interactions and progress to ensure seamless service delivery.
