Location: Philadelphia, PA -- hybrid onsite 2 days/week

This role is the execution engine for the client's enterprise AI adoption and engagement model. The AI Community Coordinator will own the participation infrastructure that converts individual AI interest into organizational behavior change by running the programs, platforms, and relationships that drive adoption. This position is ideal for a candidate energized by community dynamics who understands how peer influence drives change and can manage a multi-channel program with structured operations.
Education: A bachelor's degree is required.
Experience: 35 years of experience in community management, program coordination, internal communications, employee engagement, or a comparable function. The candidate must have demonstrated experience running or managing a program with distributed participants.
