We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our team and help us deliver high-quality care with heart.
About the Role:
Certified Nurse Assistant will provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses and physicians, ensuring the highest level of attention and care for our patients.
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team, ensuring timely interventions and optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in care planning and goal setting, collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop personalized care plans that meet each patient's unique needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including vital sign checks, wound care, and other tasks as assigned.
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support patients with nutrition and hydration needs, including feeding and hydration assistance.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and vital signs.
Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans.
Promote a positive and supportive environment, ensuring patient comfort and dignity.
Requirements:
Certified Nurse Assistant certification in good standing.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients, as needed.
