Job Description :- UPDATE -HIGH IMPORTANCE: Programming Language: Python PANDA - ***6 YEARS
REQUIRED***KEY SKILL - must have MOST RECENT experience on resumes per HM
2 roles open- will be working on a large platform / imaging - data manipulation AWS very strong Python Developer/ HM has been receiving candidates more heavy with API or interface/web development or ETL pipeline about tooling not coding there are some that do minor clean up...need stronger experience here. Need a lot of coding based on complex business logic. Not Engineer or Java Developer. Need experience to manipulate large data sets over a complex platform.
Technical Questions: Concerns from the HM - During interviews - HM finds they are able to follow the formula the candidates provide- HM ask about their experience during the interview process to see if it applies to what they are looking for this role. Problem - not finding candidates that have experience with Python coding specific experience is what the managers looking for. The manager feels theyve received candidates who has added key words that might be related but not applicable to this role - feels AI jargon was included on the resumes. Limited context on what the candidate actually did in Python in-depth. HM wants to put their real experience on the resumes to spell out

Job Summary:
Design develop document test and debug new and existing software systems and/or applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software for internal use.
Serve as technical expert on development projects. Participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design.
Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
Support maintain and document software functionality. Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation.

Analyze and interpret complex data and related systems and provide efficient technical solutions.
Develop and maintain standards to codes and maintain an effective project life cycle on all processes.
Coordinate with cross functional teams like architects platform engineers other developers and business to build processing procedures.
Perform root cause analysis on production issues and perform routine monitoring on and provide support to environments
Help create functional specifications technical designs and working with business process area owners
Implement industry best practices code and configuration for production and non-production environments in an highly automated environment
Provides technical advice effort estimate impact analysis - Provides timely project status and issue reporting to management
Qualifications:
1. Programming Language: Over 8 years in Python leveraging pandas boto3
2. Development experience on AWS platform
3. Containerization tool: Docker
4. Environments: Linux WINDOWS
5. Version Control: GIT
6. Agile development
7. Observability tools like CloudWatch Dynatrace DataDog
8. CI/CD and devOps pipelines and related process
