About the role
As a Lead Org Design & Change Management Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact and strategic advisor leading enterprise customers through deep organizational and technical transformations. We will count on you to focus specifically on redesigning IT operating modelsmoving infrastructure and operations organizations away from legacy, project-based delivery toward modern, Agile, service-oriented structures.
