Workway Recruiting And Sales Position

Workway is growing and we are looking for driven professionals who thrive in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments and know how to win on the phones. This is a high-activity recruiting and sales position for someone who is competitive, resilient, relationship-driven, and motivated by performance. If you come from financial services sales, mortgage sales, banking, call centers, collections, B2B sales, inside sales, high-volume outbound calling environments, staffing or recruitingand you are used to being measured on calls, conversations, production, and results we want to talk to you.

About Workway Workway is a national staffing firm specializing in mortgage and mortgage servicing, banking and credit unions, title and escrow, financial services, and accounting and administrative staffing. We support some of the nation's leading financial institutions and are experiencing major growth across multiple divisions.

What You'll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to candidates daily.
• Recruit and qualify professionals for financial services positions nationwide.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and database searches.
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Work in a highly metric-driven environment focused on calls, interviews, submittals, placements, and business development activity.

KPI Expectations

• This is a performance-driven environment. Successful recruiters are comfortable with 200-250+ outbound calls weekly.
• 20-25 candidate interviews weekly.
• 15+ candidate submittals weekly.
• Consistent recruiting and sales activity throughout the day.
• Managing multiple priorities with speed and urgency.

What We're Looking For Required:

• Experience in a KPI-driven sales or recruiting environment.
• Heavy outbound phone experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive mindset with strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

Preferred:

• Financial services industry experience.
• Mortgage, banking, collections, title/escrow, or lending background staffing or recruiting experience.
• Experience working toward activity and production goals.
