JMT is seeking an energetic leader with an entrepreneurial spirit to serve as Office Leader for our Roanoke, VA office. The Office Leader is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the office, including staffing, business operations, marketing, and strategic planning. We are seeking an individual that can foster the development of our transportation; buildings and facilities; and water, environment and energy business in the Roanoke and surrounding areas.
Compensation for this position is $210k - $260k, commensurate with experience, education and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description. If so, the actual salary range may vary from the estimate provided.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Working Conditions
Successful candidate is expected to work primarily in-person. Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
