Job Title: Family Medicine Physician
Work Environment: Outpatient private practice with three established locations
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Hours & Schedule: Full-time or Part-time, Monday–Friday
Travel Required: None
Salary / Hourly Rate: $225,000 – $260,000 per year
Bonus Offered: RVU-based bonus

Job Summary:
The Family Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive primary care in a fully outpatient setting, supporting preventive health, chronic disease management, and patient education.
