BCBA - In-Person Therapist (NC LBA Required)
Job Summary:
At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. As a BCBA - In-Person Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a licensed and experienced BCBA to join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with autism.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children on the autism spectrum, utilizing evidence-based treatment plans and protocols
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including behavioral assessments, functional analysis, and skill acquisition strategies
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency across all environments
Monitor and document client progress, adapting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, including session notes, progress reports, and billing information
Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices and industry advancements
Requirements:
NC LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Strong understanding of ABA principles and treatment approaches
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
