Credence has an immediate opening for a full-time Human Resources Coordinator in our McLean, VA office. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, organized, and eager to build a career in Human Resources. This position requires working onsite an average of 45 days per week. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. The ideal candidate also possesses exceptional organizational skills, a meticulous, near-zero-error approach to data entry and recordkeeping, and an almost obsessive attention to detail. Success in this role requires ensuring employee records and HR data are consistently accurate and complete.
