$28.00 – $50.00+ per hour | Top techs earn $130,000+ annually | 100% Residential
Capital Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing is a leading HVAC employer in the Milwaukee area and we continue to grow. With 19 years in business and a team of 70, we're one of the busiest, most established home-service companies in metro Milwaukee — a stable company with real long-term growth.
Locally owned and owner-led — not a private-equity rollup. The owner is in the shop every day, working alongside the team. Decisions get made right here, by people you'll actually know — not by an out-of-state fund. Your pay plan won't get "restructured" to hit someone's margin target, and you'll never be pushed to sell work a customer doesn't need.
We're hiring a Full-Time Experienced HVAC Service Technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills in residential systems. We do 100% residential work — no commercial, no rooftops.

Requirements
• Technical school completion + 3 years HVAC experience (6–8 years of field experience may substitute for formal schooling) • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record • Universal EPA Certification (required) • Ability to read wiring diagrams • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Experience with residential HVAC systems • Knowledge of sheet metal practices • Strong customer service and communication skills • Must own basic hand tools (we supply everything else)
