We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist with strong communication skills to support our work acquisition efforts by managing the end-to-end proposal process. This role is responsible for coordinating, developing, and producing high-quality responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and other client-facing marketing materials. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing communications, RFP / technical writing, and project coordinationpreferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
