This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across multiple functions, optimize supply chain performance, and directly contribute to operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain Master Production Schedules (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes to support manufacturing demand and inventory objectives.
  • Analyze planning outputs and convert requirements into purchase requisitions and production orders, partnering closely with Purchasing and Manufacturing teams.
  • Monitor inventory levels to proactively identify shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks, implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and resolve supply chain issues impacting production schedules.
  • Support New Product Introductions (NPI) by ensuring material readiness and seamless integration into manufacturing operations.
  • Generate and analyze planning metrics, including on-time delivery, inventory performance, and forecast accuracy, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of MRP methodologies, production planning processes, inventory control principles, and supply chain best practices.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
