Job Description
The Stephanie Guerrero Senz campaign is seeking a Finance Director to lead our fundraising operation in our race for Texas House District 34. HD-34 is a top-target seat in 2026, and this position is central to resourcing a winning campaign against the Republican incumbent. The Finance Director will drive execution of the campaign's Finance Plan, build the donor network across Nueces County and statewide, run a robust events program, and partner closely with the candidate on call time. This is a full-time, salaried, cycle based position located in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Execute and manage the campaign's Finance Plan through the November 2026 general election, tracking against benchmarks and adjusting as conditions change.
Build and staff the candidate's daily call time, prepping call sheets and tracking follow-up.
Deliver detailed projections and reports to senior staff and maintain accurate fundraising trackers.
Plan, staff, and run the campaign's events program end to end.
Identify gaps in the donor universe and present creative strategies to expand the candidate's network through targeted events and prospecting.

Preferred Qualifications
Work, volunteer, academic, and life experience are all acceptable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly and open attitude
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines to complete projects
At least one cycle in a campaign finance role (call time manager, deputy finance director, or finance experience preferred, but open to other roles).
Capacity to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, both in-person and remotely
Valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and ability to travel statewide (less than 10%)
Ties to Texas or knowledge of Texas politics preferred but not required.
