  • Language Music Expert Mercor is hiring music experts for a frontier generative-music AI lab, working in various domains . Here are the following that we’re looking for : Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Romanian, Swedish, Korean, Arabic Hebrew Telugu, Croatian Finnish, Haitian Creole, Slovak, Gujarati, Kazakh, Kyrgyz Manipuri / Meitei, Oromo, Pashto, Shona, Persian We're looking for someone with formal musical training or professional experience — a degree in music, or a few years working as a musician, composer, transcriber, engineer, or teacher. You should have a strong ear : the hardest part of the work is transcribing a melody by ear with relatively accurate pitch and rhythm, and recognizing key, tempo, and time signature. For this project , you also need strong fluency so you can accurately handle sung lyrics — including accents and less-clear delivery. This is a pilot at 2–5 hrs / week , but it is very likely to expand, and high performers will be prioritized for the larger phases.
