As a Delivery Coordinator, you'll play a critical role behind the scenes by ensuring medications are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time. Your coordination keeps our drivers moving, our pharmacists informed, and most importantly, our patients connected to the care they depend on.

What You'll Do Reporting to the Pharmacist-in-Charge, you'll oversee the daily coordination of medication deliveries while ensuring drivers have the information and resources needed to provide exceptional service.
Daily Responsibilities
Coordinate daily delivery schedules and optimize driver routes for efficiency and cost savings
Process outgoing deliveries, incoming mail, and patient packages
Verify delivery information, addresses, phone numbers, and co-pay approvals with patients and healthcare programs
Answer and direct incoming phone calls while assisting patients with delivery-related questions
Prepare, organize, and maintain delivery documentation and records
Maintain accurate logs for deliveries, injections, scanned documents, rebates, failed deliveries, and receipts
Communicate regularly with delivery drivers, couriers, pharmacists, and Program Team Leads
Update patient information and maintain current program contact lists
Support and train new Delivery team members
Assist with deliveries when operational needs require
Follow company safety standards and all applicable transportation procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
Reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service, logistics, dispatch, healthcare, pharmacy, or administrative experience preferred
Working Conditions Full-time position (40+ hours per week)
Work performed in a pharmacy office setting with occasional travel
May occasionally assist with deliveries
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
Ability to travel locally as needed
