Responsibilities: As a Permanent Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for: 1. Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and industry standards. 4. Providing technical guidance and expertise to your team, encouraging professional growth and development. 6. Ensuring all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives. 7. Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology, applying this knowledge to drive innovation within the team. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A master's degree or additional certifications would be an advantage. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the engineering industry. 3. Proven experience in identifying potential issues and developing effective solutions. 4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving team success. 5. Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and apply new technologies. 6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels. 8.
