What You'll Do As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate, you'll represent nonprofit organizations and community campaigns at live events and promotional activities.
Responsibilities Represent nonprofit organizations and mission-driven brands at live events and community outreach campaigns.
Talk with customers and supporters in a friendly, professional manner.
Share information about nonprofit programs, campaigns, and fundraising efforts.
Help build relationships with donors and community members.
Assist with customer engagement, lead generation, and event support.
Work with your team to achieve campaign and fundraising goals.
Track campaign activity and participate in ongoing training and coaching.
What We're Looking For At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliable, goal-oriented, and team-focused.
Experience is a plus but not required.
We welcome candidates with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, promotions, fundraising, event marketing, or community outreach.
