Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:

  • 00am - 5:00pm.

  • Overview The Human Resources Generalist provides comprehensive human resources support across the organization.
  • In partnership with the Vice President of Human Resources, this role supports the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with and advance organizational goals and business objectives.
  • The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in a broad range of HR functions, working collaboratively across Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation, Employee Relations, Compliance, Benefits, and Performance Management.
  • This position serves as a trusted resource to leaders and employees, helping to reinforce company values, culture, and consistent HR practices throughout the organization.
  • What you will need Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. 2-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • How you will make an impact Partner with department leaders to gather and document job responsibilities, required skills, and qualifications for new and existing roles.
  • Develop, maintain, and ensure consistency of all company job descriptions, accurately reflecting duties, expectations, and requirements.
  • Conduct regular reviews of job descriptions to ensure accuracy, alignment with organizational changes, and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with the Compensation Manager and Talent Acquisition team to support job description accuracy for market analysis, job postings, and organizational design initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and leadership regarding HR compliance, policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational standards and values.
  • Support Payroll, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Benefits, and Compensation teams as needed to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Partner with managers and leadership to support employee development initiatives, including training and development planning in coordination with the Learning and Development function.
  • Maintain current knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices to ensure compliance and effective HR operations.
