KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist to join our Federal Advisory practice. Responsibilities: Lead multi-disciplinary / cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, design / develop machine learning, and data science solutions Utilize processes / best practices to plan, lead, and execute delivery of artificial intelligence engagements Work with clients to understand business requirements, design solutions utilizing data analytics solutions, and work with data engineers to develop / utilize ETL process to ingest structured / unstructured data Leverage a variety of data sources such as social media, internal / external documents, images, video, financial data, and operational data to develop cutting-edge data-driven products Design / perform explanatory data analysis, develop, manage, and execute data analytics experimentations Build / manage production-ready data science product lifecycles, continuous delivery and automation pipelines (MLOps), orchestration / model management in cloud environment; cluster large amount of user generated content / process data in large-scale environments using Amazon EC2, STorm, Hadoop, Spark, etc. Design / develop dashboards, UI and interactive tools to support clients to turn their data into actionable insights / reproducible reports Qualifications: A minimum of five years of technical data science experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university Experience applying artificial intelligence techniques to achieve business goals Proficiency with analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, Java, Scala, Spark, Hadoop, Alteryx, SQL; data visualization tools such as Tableau / QlikView Experience developing Deep Learning models (e.g. - CNN, Recurrent, etc.) and their applications (object detection, text recognition, language modeling etc.) and tools (e.g. - TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Fast.ai, etc.) Experience leveraging cloud services or Cloud Certification (e.g. - AWS Solution Architect, AWS Machine Learning, Google Data Engineering, Azure AI Engineer Associate, etc.) Experience building AI pipelines, ML development lifecycles, MLOps and containerization (such as Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX, etc.) Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements Applicant must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
