What You Will Do
- Đảm bảo quá trình sản xuất diễn ra liên tục và ổn định thông qua việc nhanh chóng phát hiện, phân tích và xử lý các sự cố bất thường về thiết bị và quy trình
- Thực hiện bảo trì phòng ngừa định kỳ cho máy móc, thiết bị nhằm giảm thiểu thời gian dừng máy và đảm bảo độ tin cậy trong vận hành
- Chuyển đổi các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, yêu cầu của khách hàng và tài liệu kỹ thuật thành hướng dẫn vận hành rõ ràng, dễ áp dụng cho sản xuất
- Phân tích và khắc phục các sự cố kỹ thuật liên quan đến hệ thống cơ khí, điện, khí nén và cảm biến
- Phối hợp với bộ phận Kỹ thuật/Engineering trong các trường hợp hỏng hóc nghiêm trọng để khôi phục hoạt động sản xuất nhanh chóng
- Theo dõi và kiểm soát chất lượng trong quá trình sản xuất, đảm bảo sản phẩm đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật nội bộ và yêu cầu của khách hàng
- Chủ động đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến nhằm nâng cao năng suất, giảm lỗi và tối ưu hiệu quả sản xuất
- Hỗ trợ, hướng dẫn kỹ thuật và đào tạo trực tiếp cho công nhân vận hành, bao gồm nhân viên mới
- Tuân thủ nghiêm các quy định về an toàn lao động, 5S và quy trình sản xuất của công ty
- Kịp thời báo cáo các rủi ro, mối nguy và tình trạng bất thường cho cấp quản lý để ngăn ngừa sự cố và gián đoạn sản xuất
Who You Are
Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp, Cao đẳng hoặc tương đương chuyên ngành kỹ thuật
- Tối thiểu 04 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường sản xuất hoặc nhà máy
- Có kiến thức nền tảng về hệ thống cơ khí và điện trong dây chuyền sản xuất
- Có khả năng phân tích, xử lý sự cố một cách logic và hiệu quả trong môi trường sản xuất có áp lực cao
- Sẵn sàng làm việc theo ca/kip và tăng ca để đáp ứng nhu cầu sản xuất
- Chủ động phương tiện đi lại, do làm ca KIP
