We are looking for an energetic, people-first Human Resources Generalist who loves building great workplaces and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. Whether you're leading a benefits initiative, implementing new HR technology, recruiting top talent, planning employee events, or ensuring compliance, you take ownership and follow through.
As our HR Generalist, you'll oversee employee benefits, manage and optimize our ADP PEO, support compensation and bonus programs, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and lead key HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and annual compensation reviews. Most importantly, you'll help set the tone for our culture creating an engaging, supportive workplace where employees feel valued, connected, and empowered to do their best work.
