Job Title: Mechanical Design Technician
Location: 5920 Longbow Dr, Boulder, CO 80301
Contract Duration: 12+ months with extension
Rate: $55/hr - $60/hr on W2
Position Overview
The Design Technician will support the design, development, manufacturing, and improvement of complex mechanical components and systems. This role requires advanced technical expertise in mechanical design, CAD modeling, fabrication processes, machining, and product validation. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting medical device or highly regulated manufacturing environments and will collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, tooling, materials, and production teams.
This position requires a hands-on professional who can translate design concepts into manufacturable products while supporting process improvements, troubleshooting, and validation activities.
