Responsibilities:
Currency Transactions: Safely and accurately buy and sell foreign currencies (predominantly Mexican Pesos and US Dollars) according to daily exchange rates.

Cash Management: Handle high volumes of cash, balance your drawer daily, and maintain strict inventory precision.

Client Relations: Deliver an exceptional, welcoming, and professional customer service experience to all travelers and clients.

Compliance & Security: Follow strict security protocols to verify compliance documents and detect counterfeit currency.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Skills:
Prior experience working in a Casa de Cambio, bank, or high-volume international retail setting.

Basic knowledge of counterfeit detection techniques.

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly valued in this border region.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Currency Expertise: Indispensable, strong knowledge of Mexican currency (denominations, design, and familiarity with handling pesos).

Cash Handling: Proven experience managing cash drawers, making change accurately, and balancing sheets.

Professional Presentation: Excellent, polished personal presentation-you will be the professional face of our business.

Absolute Reliability: A high level of integrity, honesty, and punctuality is required for this trusted position.

Mobility: Reliable transportation to comfortably commute between the McAllen, Mission, and Hidalgo branches.
