We are a loving family in Sacramento, California, seeking a compassionate and reliable elder care provider to assist our elderly mother, in an assisted living facility. This is a part-time, 2-3 days a week, live-out position focused on offering companionship and support. As a companion, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our loved one. Your responsibilities will include engaging in friendly conversation, participating in activities, and providing personal care as needed. We want someone who can offer not just assistance but also genuine companionship. Duties include talking conservative politics. If you are politically liberal, this would NOT be an enjoyable job for you. Very light household duties are required like: retrieving mail, breaking down Amazon boxes, putting up/getting out craft supplies. We offer a competitive wage of $25 per hour.
