D.R. Horton, Inc., the largest homebuilder in the U.S., was founded in 1978 and is a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange. It is engaged in the construction and sale of high quality homes designed principally for the entry-level and first time move-up markets. The Company also provides mortgage financing and title services for homebuyers through its mortgage and title subsidiaries. D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Division HR Coordinator. The right candidate will perform handles all aspects of Human Resources including assisting with guiding employees through the onboarding process and other administrative functions as well as serve as liaison between corporate and the division.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. One to three years related experience and/or training. Ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency with MS Office and email. Preferred Qualifications: Taleo, PeopleSoft and Microsoft Teams experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and provide attention to detail.
