Our team at Tru / Home2 Suites is wonderful and would love to welcome you!YOUR DAY AS AN EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPERAs an Executive Housekeeper, your primary focus is to ensure all hotel guest rooms are cleaned to perfection and contain all required amenities. You exemplify our hospitality-driven culture as you ensure that each guest feels at home during their stay.In addition to overseeing guest rooms, you diligently monitor the laundry area and are responsible for training housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques to ensure a safe work environment. To maintain efficiency, you schedule housekeeping staff weekly, assign rooms daily for cleaning, and carefully manage inventory for in-room and operational supplies. You conduct quarterly linen inventory to ensure everything is in check and collaborate closely with the front desk to ensure each room's status is up-to-date.You're accountable for maintaining accurate lost and found records and inventory, striving to return any items to guests whenever possible. Your unwavering dedication to this role and your commitment to leading our hotel housekeeping team to greatness is a source of immense satisfaction for you!QUALIFICATIONSExperience with Hilton's ONQ systemExperience as a cleaning supervisor or executive housekeeperAbility to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workersPhysical ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and reachAbility to stand or walk for long periods of timeAbility to liftExposure to cleaning chemicalsBilingual speaking abilities are preferred but not required.
