The Human Resource Coordinator plays a pivotal role in facilitating and streamlining human resource processes within the organization. This position is key in administering employee health and welfare plans and acts as a liaison for employee engagement. The coordinator supports benefits-related issues, ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, and provides administrative support for a variety of human resource functions, including record-keeping, file maintenance, event planning, recruitment process support, training support, and plant communications.

The role involves working in a dynamic HR team that is currently being rebuilt. The team includes HR teammates who travel regularly. The organization is in the process of hiring an HR manager, expected to join within 4-6 weeks. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
