Requirements vary by program/position including:

• U.S. citizenship required for all roles
• Current security clearance (interim secret at a minimum required for most roles)
• Bachelor's degree required for some programs; related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to work in a collaborative environment with government and contractor teams
• Recent experience supporting a DoD or IC environment
• Availability to support on-site and hybrid work schedules and varies by program/position

Experience in one or more technical or functional disciplines such as:

Hot Skills include:

• Apache Hadoop, Python, Python service or API development
• Front-end development experience in one or more technologies such as: ReactJS, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Data layer experience using MongoDB, DynamoDB, SQL
• Containerization experience using Docker, Kubernetes or Podman platforms
• Experience developing, deploying and maintaining microservices on AWS or Azure cloud platforms
• Cyber Security and Identity Access Management (IAM)
• Emerging technologies supporting Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM)
• Information Systems Security (CISA, ISSO, ISSM)
• Hot Skills include: Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Java
• Mission Operations and Sustainment

• Most technical positions require certification to meet DOD Directive 8570 IAM/IAT such as Security+/Security + CE, CISSP, etc.
• Vendor-specific technical certifications may be required for some roles.
