This is supervisory, professional work in overseeing and coordinating recreation, athletic and event programming. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Recreation Supervisor to provide program management supervision. Work includes planning, organizing and directing a variety of aquatic, youth, adult and teen activities/programs. Participates with the Recreation Supervisor to select and hire non-permanent support staff and instructors for program and event operations. Work involves overseeing and supervising non-permanent staff.
