Location: Voss Salon Dallas
Job Overview: The Associate Development Program at Voss Salon is an accelerated 6-month program designed to help new graduates of cosmetology school master both technical and business skills. Associates will actively participate in services, with "hands in hair," while working closely with salon educators. This program emphasizes real-world experience, ensuring associates are fully prepared to qualify for a stylist position at Voss Salon, though this transition is not automatic.
