Job description
Join a Trusted Local Company Since 1999!Christian Brothers Mechanical is looking for an experienced Service Dispatcher to join our team in Austell, GA. As a locally owned and operated HVAC company serving our community since 1999, we have built our reputation on reliability, integrity, and exceptional customer service.For more than two decades, we have combined the personal attention and values of a local business with the expertise and professionalism needed to deliver high-quality HVAC solutions. Our success comes from our employees, our customers, and our commitment to doing things the right way.We are seeking a dependable and organized Service Dispatcher who can help keep our technicians productive, our customers informed, and our daily operations running smoothly. This position plays an important role in connecting customers, technicians, and our office team while solving problems quickly in a fast-paced environment.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PMJob Duties:Answer incoming customer calls and assist with service requestsMake outbound calls to schedule appointments, confirm visits, and follow up with customersCoordinate and dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently throughout the dayMaintain accurate technician schedules and dispatch boardsCreate, update, and manage work orders in company systemsProvide technicians with important job details, customer information, parts updates, and schedule changesRegister equipment and maintain accurate customer recordsHelp identify scheduling challenges and find solutions quicklySupport a positive customer experience from the first call through job completionWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of customer service experienceHVAC or related industry experience strongly preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and ExcelStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a busy service environmentOrganized, dependable, and solutions-oriented mindsetWillingness to learn HVAC products, systems, and processesWhat We Offer:Colonial Life Insurance optionsCancer, dental, life, and accidental insurance coveragePaid Time Off6 paid holidays plus flex days401(k) retirement planIf you're looking for a stable opportunity with a respected local HVAC company where your work directly impacts customers and the success of the team, we'd love to hear from you.Apply online today to join the Christian Brothers Mechanical team.
