Our Recruiter leads full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly positions across multiple branch locations. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring dependable, skilled talent by implementing effective recruiting strategies, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring positions are filled quickly with qualified candidates who align with our company culture. This role offices in our New Brighton location, however, also spends a day on-site in our Hastings office every other week.
