Position Summary:

As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner at Ivy, you'll oversee all clinic operations, support clinical and non-clinical team members, and care for patients through individualized treatment plans, while building equity in your clinic and providing exceptional patient care to your community. You'll play a central role in building trust with local medical professionals, guiding community outreach, and helping your clinic run smoothly. You'll open and grow a brand-new practice with Ivy's established business systems, and direct guidance from experienced clinic leaders. Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Investing Partner (BCBA license required)

As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner, you'll help shape a new clinic from the ground upfrom the community and location to the team, culture, and patient experience. You'll bring the clinical vision and local relationships. Ivy Health will bring the infrastructure, expertise, and support needed to turn that vision into a sustainable clinic.

We go where the clinician and their relationships are. We are open to exploring locations that work for you and your local community! We want our partners to be an integral part of determining the clinic's location. Please note: this clinic does not exist yet and would be considered a start-up clinic.

What You'll Lead:

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.

Position Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification required as there is a treating element to this role.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred

Compensation Range: $86,109.00 $129,163.00 per year. This position is also eligible for: bonus / equity / student loan repayment / relocation assistance.
