We're looking for a passionate and experienced Cardiovascular Sonography Program Director to lead and grow our CVS program. In this role, you'll use your clinical knowledge and leadership skills to guide students, support faculty, and make sure our program stays top-notch and compliant with all accrediting and regulatory standards. You'll be responsible for keeping our curriculum current, supporting instructors, overseeing the program's operations, and helping students succeedfrom their first class to their first job.
Bachelor's degree required and possesses three years of practical experience in the program field.
Current registry, license, or certification in at least one cardiovascular specialty (as required by accrediting bodies)
Has teaching experience.
A professional but approachable demeanoryou'll be a role model for students and faculty
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage time well and meet deadlines
Demonstrates academic and experiential background in the Diagnostic Medical Sonography profession.
Possesses a current registration/credential from a nationally recognized sonography credentialing agency.
Possesses certification in any specialty overseen, unless a faculty member who oversees that concentration is so credentialed
