Sling TV Brand Marketing Manager
Job Description
The Sling TV Brand Marketing team is accountable for driving the brand strategy, planning, messaging and consistency across the marketing organization. A big component of brand marketing includes the designing and execution of the experience plans. These campaigns are used to create a strong brand halo that improves perception and ultimately drives new customer acquisition.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
Lead annual brand planning, communication plans, and strategic content pillar development from inception through deployment
Lead Brand TV and digital advertising campaigns, including creative asset development, creative brief creation, financial business cases, internal routing, consumer testing, and video production
Act as the primary point of contact for creative agency partners to develop integrated creative ideas and experience plans that span the consumer journey; lead the SOW development process for project-based or Agency of Record (AOR) partners and manage weekly status meetings
Partner with Go-to-Market and other cross-functional teams to develop and deploy strategic marketing initiatives; collaborate with the Consumer Insights team and internal agencies to develop marketing messages and claims for new products, services, and offers
Manage the brand marketing budget, including forecasting, tracking, accruals, and optimization of total brand spend
Mentor, coach, and develop direct reports to help them reach their full potential and achieve career growth

Resilience and agility required to thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments while managing multiple high-priority deadlines
Advanced proficiency in AI-driven data analysis or marketing automation tools to optimize campaign strategy and execution
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, or a related field
7+ years of experience in brand marketing, strategy, production, or campaign management (must include TV production experience)
2-4 years experience managing teams
End-to-end complex brand campaign management
Creative agency partnership and workflow management

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $158,125.00/Year
