The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Reno Distribution Center supporting Marmot products. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Distribution, this role provides leadership for receiving, shipping, inventory control, returns processing, and overall warehouse operations. The Operations Manager works closely with supervisors and associates to ensure service, safety, quality, and productivity objectives are achieved while maintaining a positive and engaged work environment. The Operations Manager supports continuous improvement efforts through the application of PEAK principles and standard work practices. This position serves as the primary backup to the Senior Manager, Distribution and assumes operational leadership responsibilities during periods when the Senior Manager is unavailable.
