Kern Energy is hiring a Human Resources Generalist who will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by administering a broad range of HR programs and initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle. This role will assist in recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, leave management, compliance, and policy administration. The Human Resources Generalist partners with employees and leaders to provide guidance on HR policies and practices, promote a positive and compliant work environment, and support organizational goals through effective talent management and employee engagement. The successful candidate will demonstrate Kern Energy's core values of Teamwork, Safety, Excellence, Integrity, and Connection while delivering exceptional service to employees and the organization.
