Job Description
As Healthcare Construction Project Manager, you will:
- Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and negotiations
- Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, healthcare staff, and field teams
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control requirements, and project specifications
- Monitor project performance, costs, and schedule milestones
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular client updates
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Support project closeout, commissioning, and turnover activities

The Successful Applicant
A successful Healthcare Construction Project Manager candidate will have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in healthcare construction
- Experience delivering projects in occupied healthcare facilities
- Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards and infection control protocols
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and contract administration
- Proficiency with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost controls
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project preferred
