What You'll DoPerform residential HVAC maintenance and service callsAssist with troubleshooting heating and cooling equipmentDiagnose common system issues with support from senior techniciansPerform repairs and component replacementsComplete system inspections and preventative maintenanceEducate homeowners on equipment condition and maintenance recommendationsMaintain accurate service documentationDeliver a professional and friendly customer experience Qualifications1-3 years of HVAC experience preferredEPA Certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)Basic understanding of residential heating and cooling systemsMechanical aptitude and willingness to learnStrong troubleshooting mindsetValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordGood communication and customer service skillsPositive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred QualificationsHVAC trade school educationExperience performing maintenance or installation workFamiliarity with heat pumps, gas furnaces, and air conditioning systemsExperience using ServiceTitan or similar softwareNATE Certification If you're ready to grow your HVAC career with a company that provides training, support, and advancement opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
