Job description
Project CoordinatorWe're seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support multiple client projects and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating moving pieces, communicating with internal teams, and ensuring projects stay on track from start to finish.
You'll work closely with multiple departments to manage timelines, maintain project documentation, support business processes, and provide exceptional internal and client support. If you're detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project execution
  • Track project milestones and provide status updates
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting
  • Support business operations and NetSuite-related processes
  • Analyze data and create reports using Excel
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Assist wherever needed to keep projects moving forward
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in project coordination, operations, administrative support, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-up
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • NetSuite experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
