Job Title: Software Developer Lead
Location: HYBRID, St. Louis, MO (2x a week on-site)

We are a seeking strong Software Developer Lead to support Omni Federal and our Intelligence customer in St. Louis, MO. This is an exciting new initiative where our customer is mirroring Silicon Valley processes and capabilities to quickly deploy new geospatial capabilities. Candidates must be passionate, energized, and excited to work on modern architectures and solve challenging problems for our clients.
Position Description (what you will do)
Own the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Lead the design and development of full stack Angular web application.
Requirements:
TS/SCI CI Poly
Experience leading a team of software engineers in an agile environment
Mentoring Mid and Junior engineers and removing roadblocks.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and deliver high-quality, production-ready code.
Experience processing geospatial data in python.
Experience with AWS technologies such as Lambda, SQS, ECS, RDS, and CloudFormation.
DevOps experience developing CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes or OpenShift deployments, and containerizing applications.
NGA or IC experience preferred.
