You will never make a single cold call; instead, you will work exclusively with inbound applications and pre-qualified inquiries, turning interest into action from the comfort of your home office in Gainesville.
Your primary mission is to architect a smooth, human-centered screening process. You will be the first point of contact for candidates who have already raised their hand, using your phone and our CRM to conduct deep-dive discovery calls. You will assess fit, document key data points, and guide promising individuals through a remote onboarding sequence. This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, process, and conversation—not on aggressive sales tactics or data entry alone.
We believe in paying for performance, not just for time. Your income is directly tied to the quality of your pipeline, with weekly payouts ranging from $1,000 to $2,000. There is no cap on your earning potential, and because all leads are warm, you can focus entirely on relationship-building rather than hunting.
