We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team at St Luke Portage Lakes in Akron, Ohio. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our evening shift, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our commitment to revolutionizing care delivery.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population, including assessments, medications, treatments, and documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and registered nurses
Monitor and report patient condition to registered nurses and physicians on a regular basis
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
