We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. This is a Full-Time, remote position based in Fredericksburg, Virginia, United States. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and will play a crucial role in supporting our data-driven approach to project management and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support to senior management and project teams.
* Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
* Handle incoming email correspondence, prioritising and responding on behalf of the team where appropriate.
* Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other professional documents with a high degree of accuracy.
* Assist in data entry and maintenance of company databases to support our project efficiency goals.
* Conduct online research for project-specific information, materials, and potential suppliers.
* Support the coordination of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Perform general administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Qualifications
* Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
* Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
* Experience with project management software is considered an advantage.
* A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Experience within the construction or a related industry is highly desirable but not essential.
* Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate of $38.00 - $66.00 USD.
