  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and ownership groups throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, educational facility standards, and project requirements
  • Support construction administration activities including RFIs, submittals, site observations, and technical coordination
  • Mentor junior architects and design staff while supporting team collaboration and professional development
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across varying stages of development and delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of architectural experience, including at least 4 years focused on K12 educational facility design
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of educational facility planning, building systems coordination, project delivery, and construction documentation
  • Software: Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Newforma, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Project Management: Experience managing project budgets, schedules, staffing, and consultant coordination
  • Communication: Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with higher education, healthcare, institutional, or commercial project types
  • Knowledge of sustainability standards and educational facility best practices
  • Construction administration and field coordination experience
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities within architectural teams

Why Join the Firm

  • Inspiring and collaborative studio environment
  • Above-market compensation and performance incentives
