Triad Metals International is seeking experienced Manufacturing Operators to join our high-performing production team across three specialized equipment roles: Plasma Robot Operator, Plasma Burn Table Operator, and Laser Cutting Machine Operator. In each of these positions, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and precise operation of industry-leading cutting and fabrication equipment, ensuring every part meets our rigorous quality standards. These roles operate on 2nd and 3rd shifts, offering premium pay for specialized expertise and off-shift hours. As part of our growing team, you will contribute to a collaborative, incentive-driven production environment where your skills are recognized and rewarded.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required | Preferred |
High school diploma or GED 1–2 years operating CNC machines, plasma robots, burn tables, or laser cutters in a manufacturing setting Ability to read blueprints and work orders Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset Able to stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented | Background in metals manufacturing or fabrication Knowledge of plasma and/or laser cutting principles is a plus but not required Willing to work as a true team member, assisting your team for higher incentive pay. |
