Job Summary:
The Security Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting security teams across multiple locations. This role oversees Field Supervisors and security officers, ensuring adherence to site procedures, operational standards, and client requirements. In this role, the candidate will be a hands on leader focusing on coaching and developing teams, conducting site audits, resolving operational challenges, and supporting branch administration to drive service excellence and employee engagement.
Benefits Offered:
Based on experience, Securitas will offer a salary of $53,000 - $55,000/Annually in addition to a full benefit package that includes:
