Summary:
-
Designs, develops, and implements efficient manufacturing processes for new and existing products.

Collaborates with manufacturing engineers to integrate new machinery and technologies into production lines.

Implements level loading strategies to balance workloads and maximize throughput.

Conducts time studies and workflow analyses to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Leads initiatives to scale production volumes rapidly while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Utilizes lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance processes.

Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and implements corrective actions as needed.

Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Creates visual work instructions for Production, Braze, CNC, and potentially Supply Chain and Quality Assurance areas.

Develops and optimizes manufacturing processes and workflows for production environments.
Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial engineering role within a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes and workflows.

Experience with production scheduling, capacity planning, and level loading techniques.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Preferred: Experience with integrating new machinery and technologies into manufacturing processes.

Preferred: Knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation and additive manufacturing.

Preferred: Proficiency in using manufacturing software tools for scheduling and process optimization.
