Food Warehouse Packer – Multiple Shifts Available (2nd & 3rd Shifts)

Location: Augusta, GA
Job Type: Full-time

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team ensuring the smooth operation of a fast-paced food warehouse? Kelly Services is seeking dedicated Food Warehouse Packers to join our workforce. In this rewarding role, you’ll make a vital contribution to our packaging operations, helping maintain the quality and integrity of our products.

Shift Schedules:

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM ($14.15/hr)
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM ($14.30/hr)
    Note: Weekends and overtime ARE required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently pack food products, ensuring all package seals and code dates are accurate.
  • Systematically load pouches into caddies for processing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Safely and effectively operate hydraulic pallet jacks.
  • Work collaboratively with team leads, managers, and maintenance staff to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
  • Wear and follow all required PPE protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Complete thorough equipment cleaning at the conclusion of each run and during scheduled clean-ups.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ability to stand for 3–4-hour intervals, with frequent repetitive motions.
  • Capable of reaching above, at, and below shoulder level.
  • Comfortable working around machinery and in environments with loud noise.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
  • Strong commitment to upholding product quality and integrity.
